NYSSPE April 2017 Update – Man Indicted for Falsely Utilizing Architect and Engineering Stamps

Newman of Cohesion Studios Inc. in Rensselaer, New York who has been accused of falsely acting as a licensed and registered architect, fraudulently stamping more than 1,000 project plans and inspection reports.  He also fraudulently utilized a professional engineer’s stamp.
