The National Society of Professional Engineers will be holding their Annual Conference in Seattle from July 15th through 19th. The purpose of the Conference is to foster networking and discussions focusing on challenges facing engineering professionals, as well as continuing education. A multitude of unique and beneficial continuing education courses will be offered focusing on the political, economic, technical, and ethical aspects of engineering, as well as leadership and career enhancement of Professional Engineers.
The New York State Society of Professional Engineers will have several representatives present. This includes, but is not limited to, NYSSPE President Larry O’Connor, President-Elect Laura Pellizzi, and Executive Director Anthony Fasano. The NYSSPE representatives will participate in a variety of meetings at the conference, but they will primarily focus on investigating ways to improve the NYSSPE member experience, and hope to gain new ideas and insight to bring back to the New York members.
If you plan to attend the conference please let us know, as we would love to hear about your experience.
